摘要(Abstract)：

在分析某常规混流式水电机组转轮上部止漏环脱落原因的基础上,制定了详细的故障处理方案,处理效果较好,可为同类机组故障的处理提供借鉴。
This article introduces the whole discovery process,locale inspection and preliminary reason analysis about seal ring fall-off upside runner in mixed flow unit.According to the practical difficulties in inspection process,the paper brings forward countermeasures,management and preventive measures.
