摘要(Abstract):

由于设计、安装与控制逻辑存在不足,脱硫系统移交生产后,脱硫仪控系统出现不少问题。为此对脱硫仪控系统进行了控制逻辑优化和现场设备的安装维护改进,使脱硫系统易腐蚀、易堵、易漏的缺陷得到了较好的处理和控制,在提高脱硫系统的安全、经济运行和FGD脱硫效率的控制方面,发挥了积极作用。
many problems have arised in desulfurization control logic.So it is necessary to optimize the control logic and improve the installation of the field devices,then effectively deal with and control the defects of corrosion,blocking, leakage in desulfurization system and play an active role in improvement of the safety and economy running,especially the desulfurization effciency of FGD.
