摘要(Abstract):
根据某D10型汽轮机组出现的带负荷能力下降情况,通过各类试验数据分析,运用排除法,确认因故障造成高压缸内通流面积减小、通流受阻,导致机组不能带到额定负荷,提出了相应的预防监测措施。
In view of decreased on-load capacity of D10 steam turbine, it is confirmed that units cannot achieve the rated load because the flow passage area inside high-pressure cylinder decreases and flow passage is blocked by faults with the method of exclusion after data analysis of various tests. And corresponding precautionary monitoring measures are put forward.
