摘要(Abstract):
分析了封闭式组合电器(GIS)焊缝的焊接工艺及容易出现的质量问题,研究了超声波检测GIS罐体焊缝的关键,提出针对GIS罐体对接焊缝的超声波检测工艺。工程实践表明,该方法对GIS罐体焊缝质量检测是有效的。
Through the analysis on weld technologies and quality problems of Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS),this paper studies the key to ultrasonic detection of tank weld for GIS.It puts forward the ultrasonic detection method of tank butt weld,which is proved to be effective for weld quality test after the engineering practice.
