基于实时信息的区域备自投装置自动投退控制系统研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对目前电网备自投装置投退策略没有充分考虑潮流变化、上下级电网联动的问题,提出了基于实时信息的备自投装置自动投退控制系统。该系统部署在AVC(自动电压控制)从机上,利用现有的测控和远动装置,通过调度SCADA(调度数据采集与监控)系统获取电网实时信息,综合分析电网故障前后潮流分布、设备容载情况,计算生成投退指令。测试结果表明,该系统可有效提升备自投装置运行管理水平,进而提高供电可靠性。
Power flow change and linkage between upper-level and lower-level power grids are not taken into account in the existing switching strategy of power grid ATS(automatic transfer switch). Therefore, the paper proposes an automatic switching control system of ATS based on real-time information, which is employed on the AVC(automatic voltage control) slave system and obtain real-time information of the equipment via SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition) system for dispatching of the existing measurement and remote control device to comprehensively analyze power flow distribution before and after grid fault and equipment capacity and calculate and generate switching orders. The test result shows that the system can effectively improve the operational management level of ATS and thereby power supply reliability.
