摘要(Abstract):
通过介绍超超临界状态水的物理化学特性,分析超超临界直流锅炉炉前水系统磁性氧化铁产生、沉积原因以及聚集结垢对锅炉水冷壁管的危害,提出做好预防及处理磁性氧化铁沉积问题的方法,减少锅炉爆管,提高机组安全可靠性。
After introducing the characteristics of water under(ultra) supercritical state, this paper analyzes the reason of occuring and sediment of magnetic ferric-oxide in the boiler-front system of ultra-supercritical once-through boiler.and the danger caused to the boiler water wall by accumulation of the magnetic ferric-oxide. Then it puts forward the methods for preventing and treating with the sediment of the magnetic ferric-oxide, thus reducing boiler tube explosion and increasing the safety and reliability of the power generating units.
