电力市场中的备用需求和备用调度Reserve Requirement and Dispatch in Power Market

摘要(Abstract):
文章对两种确定备用需求容量的方法 ,即确定性方法和概率性方法进行了介绍 ,并对两种方法进行了分析比较。概率性方法能更好地反映系统的可靠性 ,确定更为合理的备用容量。综述了电力市场下几种确定备用需求的概率性方法 ,提出了一种以用户要求作为可靠性风险指标的确定备用容量的方法 ,并对负荷的不确定性以及最优化备用需求可能带来的新的策略竞价等问题进行了探讨。
Two different methods,deterministic method and probabilistic method are introduced to evaluate the reserve requirement(RR)of power system.Compare with deterministic method,probabilistic method can find the true features about the system′s reliability and give more reasonable RR information.After a discusˉsion of the basic principles about probabilistic method,several effective probabilistic methods are introduced and compared with each other.To meet the need of consumers,this paper proposes a new probabilistic method in which consumers′requirements are used as the reliability risk index.Finally,the impact of load uncertainties and strategy bidding are discussed.
