引风机电动机轴承烧损故障原因分析Cause Analysis On Overburning of Motor Bearings of Induced Draft Fan

摘要(Abstract):
某引风机运行过程中发生了电动机轴承烧损故障,分析原因为增装的测温元件未使用绝缘底座,造成轴承通过测温元件保护外套与电动机外壳接地,在转子、机座、前后轴承等部件构成回路,产生轴电流,从而导致电动机轴承烧损。
Overburning of motor bearing happened in the operation of induced draft fan in a power plant. The reason is concluded by analysis that the added temperature measurer does not use insulating material, resulting bearing earthing though protective sleeve of temperature measurer and motor casing. Therefore, a return circuit among rotor, the frame and the front and back bearings is formed and shaft current is produced, leading to overburning of motor bearings.
