摘要(Abstract):
针对GE公司PG9171E型燃气轮机组在启动试运行中所暴露的重/轻油切换、启动FSP值、控制逻辑组态等关键性运行特性严重不良和轻/重油切换最低负荷不经济的问题,进行了深入的试验研究,找到了所存在问题的根本原因,通过逐项优化与改进,使其运行技术特性均达到或优于设计性能,同时提出了燃重油机组故障停机下的事故处理等几项重要运行技术措施.从而显著地提高了该型机组技术性能和运行水平,并改善了机组运行的可靠性、经济性及调峰性能。
Tests and research have been made to sove the key problems exposed in the commissioning of PG917EA type gas turbine, such as fuel oil changing over, FSR of startup, main control logics, minimum load of fuel oil changing over. Cruxs are found out. and the operation characteristics have reached or excelled the designed standard by means of technical improvement. Meanwhile, in order to make the unit much more economical and reliable, several important technical measures of unit operation and steps to dispose of the heavy oil fired gas turbine after trip are submitted.
