几起发电厂热工保护系统故障的分析处理Analysis and Treatments on Several Faults of Thermal Protection System in Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
热工控制和保护系统的可靠性,是影响机组及电网安全的重要因素。分析了振动信号突变引起机组跳闸、热工电源故障使保护误动、热工一次元件故障导致保护误动、电机烧毁引发机组非停等4起故障的原因,提出了相应的整改措施,大大提高了系统运行的可靠性。
The reliability of thermal control and protection system concerns safety of units and power grid.The paper analyzes reasons of vibration signal abruption that results in units tripping, power supply failure resulting in mal-protection, primary element failure resulting in mal-protection and motor burning resulting in abnormal shutdown; it proposes corresponding improvement, hence operation reliability of the system is greatly improved.
