摘要(Abstract):
以浙江金华500 kV芝堰智能变电站为例,提出智能变电站运行和检修二次设备的安全隔离措施,介绍了500 kV智能变电站扩建边断路器和线路、中断路器和主变、220 kV线路等3种情况下应采取的系统联调试验方案,讨论了对电网运行可能带来的影响,对基于IEC 61850标准的智能变电站的扩建中,继电保护调试投入具有借鉴意义。
By taking 500 kV Zhiyan smart substation in Jinhua of Zhejiang province as an example, the paper proposes safety isolation measures for operation and maintenance of secondary equipment in the smart substa- tion; it describes the integrated commissioning scheme for extension of side circuit breaker and lines, tie cir- cuit breaker and main transformer and 220 kV lines in 500 kV smart substation, and it also discusses the im- pact on power grid, providing reference for commissioning and operation of relay protection in smart substa- tion extension based on IEC 61850.
