摘要(Abstract)：

通过基于GoogleEarth的输电线路GIS系统研究实践,解决了技术问题,印证了标准规范可操作性,证明了GoogleEarth(Ball GIS)具有很好的应用前景。
This paper solves the technical problems,verifies the standards feasibility and proves that GoogleEarth(Ball GIS) has a good application prospect according to the research and application practice of GoogleEarth-based transmission line GIS System
