特殊运行方式下几起备自投动作行为分析与改进Analysis and Improvement of Automatic Switching Actions of Reserve Power Supply in Special Operation Modes

摘要(Abstract)：
备用电源自投装置能够改善电网的供电能力,提高供电的可靠性和连续性,其安全可靠工作对电网运行甚为重要。而备自投装置正确运行与电网运行方式、保护配置整定、周密的备自投逻辑紧密联系,在一些特殊运行方式下,备自投需要做出相应调整,才能保证其正确运行。通过分析备自投装置在3种特殊运行方式下的动作行为案例,提出切实可行的改进措施。
Automatic switching equipment of reserve power supply can improve power supply ability of grid and enhance the reliability and continuity of power supply.Its safe and reliable operation is significant for grid operation and the correct operation is closely tied to the operation mode of grid,protection configuration setting and thorough automatic switching logic.In some special operation modes,adjustment of automatic switching equipment is required to ensure its correct operation.This paper analyzes the equipment action cases in three special operation modes and presents the practical improvement measures.
