摘要(Abstract)：

10 kV线路线损率是县供电局线损管理的重要指标,而目前月度线路线损率波动极为明显,不能反映线路真实损耗水平,且管理线损过高,反映出县供电局的10 kV线损管理不够完善。为此深入分析出现此状况的原因,提出解决方案。实际管理经验说明,此解决方案具有可行性。
The 10 kV transmission line loss rate is an important indicator of line loss management in the county power supply bureau.At present,the obvious monthly fluctuation of the loss rate can not reflect the real loss level and line loss level is excessively high.It indicates the 10 kV line loss management in the bureau is imperfect.Through the in-depth cause analysis,this paper presents the solution.The practical management experience verifies its feasibility.
