某发电厂汽阀关闭试验时负荷突变分析与对策Analysis and Countermeasure against Sudden Load Change during Steam Valve Closing Test in a Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
某火力发电厂660 MW超临界机组在400 MW负荷点进行高压调阀关闭试验过程中,出现负荷大幅突升突降的现象,严重时有将近100 MW的负荷阶跃,轴向位移大幅变化,严重威胁汽轮机的安全运行。为此,对试验结果及控制逻辑进行分析,提出了优化阀门配汽曲线、降低试验调阀动作速率、修正快关阀位定值等解决措施。采取上述措施后,高压调阀关闭试验时负荷变化平缓,变化幅度小于25 MW,较好地解决了机组高压调阀关闭试验时的负荷阶跃问题。
During a high-pressure regulating valve closing test at the 400 MW load point in 660 MW supercritical units in a thermal power plant, sudden load changes occurred, in which there was a load step of nearly 100 MW and great axial displacement, posing threats to the safe operation of the steam turbine. Therefore, the paper analyzes the test result and control logic, and propose solutions like optimizing valve steam distribution curve, lowing regulating valve action speed and correcting fast stop valve settings, by which the load change becomes slow and the change range is less than 25 MW, and load fluctuations in high-pressure regulating valve closing test are suppressed.
