摘要(Abstract):
总结了浙江省内各类机组钢102材料受热面管运行后,力学性能、金相组织、内壁氧化皮厚度等方面的变化规律,结合机组实际运行工况,分析了这些变化导致爆管的原因,并提出相关建议。
The paper sums up variation rules of mechanical properties,metallographic structure,firecoat thickness of inner wall after operation of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel heating surface pipes of units in Zhejiang Province.By combining practical operational state of units,the paper analyzes the causes for pipeburst and proposes relevant suggestions.
