摘要(Abstract)：

在"三集五大"新体系下,县级调控机构充分应用"营配贯通"、"配调贯通"等营配调数据同源管理成果,探索配电网调控管理新方法,利用营销业务系统、生产业务系统的基础数据和运行数据,拓展配电自动化系统功能,开展配电网抢修指挥、分支线调控等工作,提高配电网调控业务水平,提升企业综合效益。
Under the new system of "Three Intensives and Five Large-scale Operation", county-level dispatching and control agencies utilize data management achievements of homologous "marketing and distribution integration" and "distribution and dispatching" integration to explore new methods for distribution network dispatching and control method. Base data and operation data of marketing business system and production business system are used for expanding functions of distribution automation system, commanding emergency repair of distribution networks and dispatching branch lines to improve distribution network dispatching level and enhance integrated benefit of enterprises.
