模块化随桥电缆伸缩补偿装置研制及工程化应用

摘要(Abstract):

随桥电缆在桥梁伸缩缝处需采用OFFSET(电缆伸缩补偿装置)进行实时补偿,但目前该技术存在局限性,无法满足狭窄空间和不同大小伸缩缝的补偿需要。对此,通过对OFFSET进行模块化和小型化设计,运用连续弧变技术、等分差动机构和折角机构等方法,有效解决了有限空间内大、中、小系列伸缩缝补偿问题。研究成果在浙江2个220 kV随桥电缆工程中落地应用,完成了包括制造、安装、运维的工程实践,解决了工程重大难题。
The cable expansion compensation device,better known as OFFSET,is required as an expansion joint on the bridge. At present,the technology has its limitations and thus cannot meet the demand of narrow spaces and expansion joints of different sizes. This paper proposes a design scheme modularizing and miniaturing the OFFSET which copes with big,medium and small expansion joint compensation in limited spaces using continuous arc alternation technology,equally divided equidirectional synchronized mechanism and angle mechanism. The research discovery is applied to two 220 k V bridge-along cable projects in Zhejiang,completing engineering practice including manufacturing,installation,operation and maintenance,and resolving the real engineering problems.
