摘要(Abstract)：

基于IEC 61850标准建设的数字化变电站呈现出智能化、网络化和自动化的特点,比较其与传统常规综合自动化变电站的差异,分析数字化变电站对变电运行带来的影响,特别是在运行操作、设备维护、运行准备和基础资料管理等方面都提出了新的要求,由此提出了相应的对策。
The digital substation built based on IEC 61850 standard is characteristic of intelligence,networking and automation.This paper analyzes the impact of digital substation on substation operation based on its differences from traditional comprehensive automated substations.New requirements are put forward especially in terms of operation,equipment maintenance,operation preparation and basic document management and the countermeasures are provided.
