大型电力变压器冷却器振动故障诊断与处理Vibration Fault Diagnosis and Treatment of a Large Power Transformer Cooler

摘要(Abstract):
针对某±800 kV特高压直流换流站极Ⅱ高端换流变压器A相冷却器异常振动现象,通过现场振动测试及分析,排除了变压器本体存在故障的可能性,准确定位了振动激励源。通过现场改变结构支撑刚度,有效避免了设备结构共振,将振动降至优秀值范围内,保证了设备安全稳定运行,振动测试方案及分析处理过程可为同类型故障诊断和处理提供参考。
An abnormal vibration of a phase-A cooler of high-end converter transformer at polarⅡin a ±800 kV UHVDC converter station is introduced. Through the on-site vibration test and analysis, the possibility of the transformer body fault is excluded and the vibration excitation source is accurately located. By on-site structural support stiffness adjustment, the structural resonance of the equipment is effectively avoided, and the vibration is reduced to an excellent range to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment. The vibration test scheme and the analysis and treatment process can provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment on similar faults.
