基于不同SCADA系统的信息共享Information-sharing Based on Different SCADA Systems

摘要(Abstract):
为了保证电网调度数据的实时性、正确性,同时满足无人值班的需要,每个地区往往会建立多套调度自动化系统(区调SCADA、区调备用SCADA、集控站SCADA、配网自动化等)。各系统在维护参数和画面的过程中,均需要花费大量的人力物力,极大地浪费了资源。另外由于受变电所综合自动化系统上送端口的限制,无法保证每一套系统均与所辖变电所建立直接的主备通信链路。针对这一情况,详细描述了各自动化系统间如何进行参数画面、一次接线图及变电所实时数据的共享,对基于SCADA的信息共享提出了一个全新的概念。
In order to ensure the security and reliability of power grid operation,there should be different power dispatching automation systems in each region,such as regional dispatching Supervisory Control and Date Acquisition System(SCADA),standby SCADA,concentrated control station SCADA,Power Distribution Network Automation system and so on,which need to spend a lot of efforts and resources in the process of parameter and interface maintenance for each system.Moreover,limited by the up access port of integrated substation automation system,a communication link between systems and power substation cannot be ensured to establish.According to this situation,this paper describes how to carry out parameter,interface and data sharing between different systems in detail and proposes a new conception of information-sharing based on SCADA.
