基于负荷监测系统的配电网区间潮流计算

摘要(Abstract):

负荷监测系统和电能量采集系统是上海地区各供电公司近年来新装的用于监视和分析地区配电设备和配电设备负荷情况的重要监视系统。在负荷监测系统所采集配变负荷数据的基础上,计及系统所采集数据的误差,基于区间数理论对负荷进行不确定性建模并进行区间潮流计算,提出基于蒙特卡洛模拟法的配电网区间潮流计算方法。使用该方法能求得区间不确定信息下的网络状态和关键指标的区间分布,为配电网的运行和管理提供重要参考。以上海某地区某条实际10 kV馈线为例进行计算,计算结果验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Load monitoring system and electric energy collection are important monitoring systems installed in power supply companies in Shanghai in recent years for monitoring and analyzing the load situation of distribution equipment. Based on the load data of distribution transformer collected by the load monitoring system and in consideration of error of the data collected by the system, load uncertainty is modeled and interval power flow is calculated by interval number theory. In addition, an interval power flow calculation method of distribution network based on Monte Carlo Simulation is proposed. The method can obtain the interval distribution of the network state and the key index of the uncertain interval information, providing important reference to the operation and management of the distribution network. The correctness and effectiveness of this method is verified by the example of a 10 kV feeder in Shanghai.
