基于概率潮流的主动配电网静态安全校核方法
Static Security Verification Method of Active Distribution Network Based on Probabilistic Load Flow

摘要(Abstract):

随着DG(分布式电源)大量接入配电网,基于确定性潮流的配电网静态安全分析已经不适用于含DG的主动配电网静态安全校核中。为此,提出将基于半不变量法的概率潮流应用于主动配电网的静态安全校核中。在建立反映支路有功功率越限和无功功率越限的静态安全综合指标的基础上,应用基于半不变量法的概率潮流对预想故障集进行分析。通过改进的IEEE 34节点配电网算例对所提出的方法进行仿真验证,结果表明该方法可以有效地辨识出主动配电网潜在的有功功率、电流越限状态,为调度、运行人员提供参考。
With the massive access of DG(distributed generation) into distribution networks, static security analysis of distribution networks based on certain power flow is no longer suitable for static security verification of active distribution networks with DG. Therefore, the paper proposes to apply probabilistic load flow based on the cumulant method in the static security verification method of active distribution networks. By the establishment of the comprehensive index of static security reflecting active bypass power overlimit and reactive bypass power overlimit, the probabilistic flow based on the cumulant method is used to analyze the predictive fault set. Finally, the distribution network with modified IEEE-34 nodes is used to simulate and validate the proposed method, and the result shows that the method can effectively identify the potential active power and branch current overlimit state of the active distribution network and can provide a reference for dispatching and operation personnel.
