摘要(Abstract):
某台阿尔斯通600 MW亚临界机组突发工频振动现象,通过振动特征分析、线路故障录波诊断为外部线路冲击引起的励磁机对轮错位,通过控制悬臂梁励磁机转子安装质量、加大对轮螺栓紧力和精细动平衡,最终消除了励磁机振动大的问题。
Power frequency vibration occurs abruptly on an Alstom 600 MW subcritical unit.By vibration characteristic analysis and line fault record,it is determined that the vibration is caused by displacement exciter shaft coupling due to external line impact.By installation quality control of cantilever exciter rotor,coupling bolt fastening and dynamic balance refinement,the fierce vibration of the exciter is eliminated.
