摘要(Abstract):
10kV配电网大多数为中性点非直接接地系统,发生单相接地故障时,因接地电流较小,使单相接地故障的检测长期以来成为业内的一个难题。目前大多数采用零序电流稳态量的检测方法,整定复杂,且不具有通用性,还需借助于配电网自动化主站实现进一步的故障定位。为此,介绍了一种基于DTU(配电网终端)的单相接地故障定位方法,针对中性点不接地和经消弧线圈接地2种不同的接地系统,采用不同故障检测和定位方法,将故障检测、故障定位融为一体,更加简易、合理。
The majority of 10kV distribution networks adopts non-direct neutral grounding. While the singlephase grounding fault occurs, because of the little zero-sequence current, the single-phase grounding fault detection has been a difficulty for a long time. Most of the present detection methods that adopt stable value of zero-sequence current are complicated in setting and cannot be used universally; moreover, they need master station of distribution network automation for further fault location. Therefore, the paper introduces a DTU(Distribution Terminal Unit) based method of single-phase grounding fault detection. For the grounding system with neutral point not grounded and the other grounded via arc suppression coil, different fault detection and location methods are adopted, which integrate fault detection with fault location and are simpler and more reasonable.
