500kV变电站失去监控的原因分析及解决方案

摘要(Abstract):

500 kV变电站远动机出现IEC 104通道频繁关闭、重连现象。调度端多次总召唤却出现全零数据、刷屏现象,影响调度正常监控,并导致调度端失去该站监控。分析了该问题产生的具体原因,通过改造装置直流供电回路、优化远动机主CPU插件与NET通信插件互动机制以及完善NSC300与AK1703的通信参数设置等措施有效地解决了该问题。
IEC 104 channel of remote terminal unit in 500 kV substation frequently disconnected and reconnected. With multiple general calling of the dispatching terminal, there occurred all zeroes and screen flooding, which affects normal monitoring of dispatchers and substation monitoring absence in the dispatching terminal. This paper analyzes the specific reasons and proposes its solution. The problem is solved effectively by DC power supply circuit reconstruction, interaction mechanism optimization between the CPU plug-in and the NET communication plug-in as well as communication parameters improvement of NSC300 and AK1703.
