6mm铝合金母线壳体焊缝超声波检测研究

摘要(Abstract):

现行的超声波检测标准仅明确了8 mm及以上厚度铝合金对接焊缝验收规范,而GIS(气体绝缘全封闭组合电器)设备母线壳体一般采用厚度为6 mm的铝镁合金制备,其内部充有一定压力的SF_6绝缘气体,如果焊接过程中接头部位焊接不良,则易发生SF_6气体泄漏事故,影响设备的正常运行。针对该问题,通过对6 mm铝合金GIS设备母线壳体对接焊缝焊接工艺及焊接缺陷成因的分析,制订了合理的超声波检测工艺,并对该工艺进行了验证。结果表明,该工艺是合理有效的。
The current ultrasonic testing standard only clarifies the acceptance code for butt weld of aluminium alloy with a thickness of 8 mm and above. However, the GIS bus shell is generally made of 6 mm aluminum-magnesium alloy with the insulation gas of SF_6 in it. Poor welding of the joints may lead to SF_6 leakage and thus affect the normal operation of equipment. Therefore, the paper analyzes welding technology and welding defects of 6 mm aluminium alloy GIS bus shell to formulate a reasonable ultrasonic testing process and verify it. The results show that the process is reasonable and effective.
