舟山海岛电网规划方案探讨Exploration on Power Grid Planning of Zhoushan Islands

摘要(Abstract):
针对舟山电网负荷及风电场装机容量快速发展的现状,对舟山电网和存在的问题进行深入分析,从功率交换、电网稳定与新能源并网等角度阐述了与大陆电网联网的必要性,提出了联网建设方案和海岛电网规划目标的设想,并以解决舟山海岛电网存在的诸多问题为目的,对海岛电网规划的下一步重点工作进行探讨,提出应用多端柔性直流输电技术对大量风电进行并网的设想。
With the rapid development of load and wind power installed capacity in Zhoushan power grid,this paper elaborates the necessity of grid interconnection between Zhoushan and mainland China in terms of power exchange,grid stability and new energy grid connection etc.through the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of Zhoushan grid and puts forward the interconnection construction scheme and island grid planning target.It explores the next key task of the island grid planning in order to solve the problems in the island grid in Zhoushan and proposes to apply the multi-terminal flexible high-voltage direct current(HVDC) technology to the wind power grid connection.
