计及负荷精细化建模的主动配电网双层规划模型

摘要(Abstract):

传统配电网规划中,通常将负荷建模简单处理为恒功率模型,难以表征真实负荷需求。为实现主动配电网更加经济稳定的运行,在负荷精细化模型的基础上,提出以总投资和总运行费用净现值最小为目标函数,考虑总投资成本限制、需求响应容量限制、支路潮流、电网安全等约束条件的双层主动配电网模型,并对双层模型的上下层进行关联建模,引入二阶锥潮流松弛,将其转化为单层混合整数二阶锥规划,通过改进的IEEE 33节点算例进行验证。
In traditional distribution network planning, load modeling simply produces a constant power model, which cannot represent the real load demand. For the purposes of operation stability and economy of active distribution networks, the paper proposes a bi-level active distribution network in consideration of total investment cost, demand response capacity limit, bypass power flow, grid safety with the objective function of minimum total investment and net present value of total operation cost; besides, the upper layer and lower layer of the model are modeled. The paper also introduces second-order cone power flow relaxation and converts it into single layer mixed integer second-order cone planning, which is verified by the improved IEEE33 node example.
