发电站自动化控制系统在G20微电网中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

G20杭州峰会文艺晚会涉及重要特殊用户负荷,供电可靠性要求极高,为此构建了以柴油发电机组作为主供和第一备供、市电作为第二备供的微电网供电系统,针对微电网供电系统中发电机组间协调控制的难点,提出了一种既可同步也可异步运行的发电站自动化控制系统。该控制系统由电站管理系统、组控系统及机组AGC 3部分组成,通过CAN总线完成对电站、组内及机组的逻辑控制,实现了在任意一路发电故障、任意一路线路故障等情况下均能保证微电网供电的可靠性。
As a key and special user's load, power supply reliability for G20 Hangzhou Summit evening gala is strictly required. Therefore, a microgrid-based power supply system is built, in which diesel generating units were taken as main power supply and primary backup power supply, and AC was taken as secondary backup power supply. In accordance to difficulties in generating sets coordination and control in the microgrid power supply system, the paper introduces an automatic control system for power station that can operate synchronously and asynchronously. The automatic control system consists of power station management system,group master and AGC, and implements logic control of power station, group and units through CAN bus. The control system can guarantee the reliability of microgrid power supply in the condition of any power generation and line failures.
