摘要(Abstract):
对某变电站内10 k V中置式开关柜的接地闸刀限位器碎裂样品进行宏观检验和成分光谱分析,综合检验结果表明,损坏的限位器制造工艺粗糙、铝的含量偏低,是导致该铝铸件在十多年的运行后变脆破裂的根本原因,并据此提出了相应的改进措施。
Macroscopic examination and composition spectral analysis on crack samples of earthing switch block in 10 k V centrally-installed switch cabinet are implemented. The comprehensive test indicates that low content of aluminum and the coarse manufacturing process are the main reason of block cracking after more than ten year′s operation. According to the analysis some improvements are proposed.
