一起多端柔性直流输电系统短路故障分析

摘要(Abstract):

直流系统的故障快速隔离和系统重启动是构建直流电网的核心技术,国内已有部分柔性直流工程装设了直流断路器及故障恢复系统,但尚无相关报道讨论其安装效果。以舟山五端柔性直流工程发生的海缆正极故障为例,介绍了舟山柔直系统直流断路器和阻尼恢复系统配置情况、直流故障处理策略和重启动策略,分析了伪双极换流站直流单极故障下直流故障电压变化情况及故障电流突变特征和重启动顺序逻辑,可为未来直流电网配置直流断路器和故障恢复系统提供参考。
Fast fault isolation and system restart technology of DC system are the core technologies to construct a DC power grid. Some domestic VSC-HVDC projects have been equipped with DC circuit breakers and fault recovery systems, but no relevant reports have discussed the installation effect. Taking the positive fault of submarine cable in Zhoushan five-terminal flexible DC project as an example, this paper introduces the configuration of the DC circuit breaker and damper recovery system, DC fault treatment strategy and restart strategy. The variation of DC fault voltage and sudden change of fault current and restart sequence logic under DC unipolar fault of pseudo bipolar converter station are analyzed. This paper can be used as a reference for the configuration of the DC circuit breaker and fault recovery system in future DC power grid.
