发电厂电能平衡用能体系与测试系统的设计及实现Design and Implementation of Energy Utilization System and Test System for Power Balance in Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
通过电能平衡测试,可以提高安全用电的可靠性。讨论电能平衡测试用电体系的划分,提出了发电厂电能平衡测试的简化计算方法,进一步提出电能平衡测试用电部分的划分后,设计了机组电能平衡测试系统,并在软件平台上实现。通过分析满负荷工况下的电能平衡测试结果,找出机组运行中用能问题,为设备优化运行提出解决方案,减少电能的直接和间接损耗,提高能源使用效率,降低用电成本。
Through power balance test, the reliability of power utilization safety can be improved. Therefore,the division of power utilization system for power balance is discussed, and a simplified calculation method for power balance test of power plant is proposed. After the division of the electricity consumption part of the power balance test is further proposed, the power balance test system of the unit is designed and implemented on the software platform. Finally, the results of power balance test under full load condition are analyzed, and the energy consumption during unit operation is found out to propose a solution to optimal operation of equipment, reduction of direct and indirect power loss, energy utilization improvement and electricity cost reduction.
