摘要(Abstract)：

简述了测量不确定度评定的意义和概念,详细介绍了测量不确定度评定方法在绝缘油溶解氢气组分含量测量中的应用。通过不确定度评定,分析测量过程中的不确定度来源,研究处理和改进方法,以进一步提高测量准确度,提高检测质量。
The concept and signification of uncertainty-evaluation in measurement are introduced.The uncertainty-evaluation in measuring dissolved hydrogen content in insulating oil is illustrated in order to explain the evaluation methods in detail.Through evaluation,the uncertainty sources of a measurement are analyzed and improvement methods are researched,which lead to increase the accuracy and improve the measurement quality.
