GGH堵塞的原因分析及对策

摘要(Abstract):

通过对浙能集团所属发电厂29套GGH运行情况的分析,发现GGH堵塞的原因主要有脱硫系统设计上存在缺陷、运行指标控制和运行操作不当及煤的硫分高等。通过调整运行参数,加强压缩空气的吹扫和高压水的在线冲洗,提高电除尘和除雾器的效率,进行大通道的改造和新型化学清洗等多方面的处理措施,延缓了GGH结垢和堵塞,提高了脱硫系统的投运率,效果显著。
By operation analysis of twenty nine sets of GGH in power plants affiliated with Zhejiang Energy Group,it is found that clogging of GGH is caused by defects in design of desulphurization system,inappropriate operating index control and operation of running as well as high sulfur content in coal.By adjustment of operating parameters,purging of compressed air and on-line washing of high-pressure water,efficiency improvement of electrodedust and demister,transformation of large path and new chemical cleaning,fouling and clogging of GGH is mitigated,operation ratio of desulphurization system is enhanced and the significant effectiveness is achieved.
