600 MW亚临界机组高压旁路阀内漏原因分析与改造

摘要(Abstract):

高压旁路阀泄漏造成了高品质蒸汽的浪费,不仅降低了机组效率、增加了汽耗、浪费了减温水,而且增加了排汽装置的换热量,导致给水泵和凝结水泵能耗的增加;高压旁路阀泄漏还会降低凝汽器的真空度,导致端差增大,影响了机组效率,增加了煤耗。因此,采取有效的措施减少高压旁路阀门的内漏非常必要。在某600 MW亚临界空冷机组高压旁路阀内漏改造中,吸取平衡阀芯与非平衡阀芯的优点,将高压旁路阀改造为预启阀芯结构式阀门,成功解决了内漏问题,为同类机组类似问题的处理提供了参考。
High-pressure bypass valve leakage causes high quality steam waste, not only reducing the unit efficiency, increasing the steam consumption wasting the temperature reduction water but also increasing the heat exchange in exhaust steam device, which therefore leads to energy consumption increase of feedwater pump and the condensate pump; leakage of high-pressure bypass valve reduces the vacuum of the condenser,leads to terminal difference increase, affects the unit efficiency and increases the coal consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to reduce high-pressure bypass valve leakage. In renovation of high-pressure bypass valve leakage for a 600 MW subcritical unit, the advantages of balancing valve and unbalancing valve are maintained to reform high-pressure bypass valve into a valve with equalizing valve core,by which the leakage is successfully handled and can provide reference for the treatment of similar problems of the same units.
