摘要(Abstract):

随着电力市场化进程的加快和电力系统自动化程度的提高,电能量自动采集技术得到了广泛应用,并逐步取代了作为电费结算依据的人工抄表,其数据信息的安全性、可靠性非常重要。根据二次系统安全防护的要求,从安全事件的事前处理、事中处理、事后处理3个阶段出发,提出全面的安全防御体系方案,并以本单位实际系统为例介绍了具体措施。
With the rapid development of electric power marketization and the improvement of electric power system automation,automatic acquisition technology for electric energy has been widely used and replaces manual meter reading for billing gradually.The security and reliability of the data become significant.This paper proposes the comprehensive scheme of security protection system in three stages of treatment including pre-processing,in-process processing and post-processing according to the requirements of security protection for the secondary system and describes the measures in detail illustrated with the actual system of this unit.
