摘要(Abstract):

乐清发电厂660 MW超超临界机组汽机DEH系统采用Siemens公司产品,DCS的协调控制系统的控制方式与一期机组的控制方式有所不同。列举了机组在运行中由于该控制系统不完善而造成的几例机组异常事件,在分析原因后,对负荷控制回路和锅炉主控回路及相关的模拟量控制进行了逐步完善,使之与DEH系统的协调控制相适应。
The Siemens products are adopted for steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic(DEH) control system of the 660 MW ultra-supercritical units in Yueqing Power Plant.The mode of coordination control for distributed control system(DCS) is different from that of the units in Phase I.This paper illustrates several abnormal events of the ultra-supercritical units in operation caused by the defective DCS.The improvement on the load control circuit,main control circuit of boiler and relevant analog control is carried out through the cause analysis to enable it to be adapted to the coordination control of DEH.
