变电站监控系统告警窗口优化设计方法Optimized Design Method of Alarm Window in Substation Monitoring System

摘要(Abstract):
电力系统在发生故障时会突然产生大量的告警信息,对信息系统产生冲击。数据库的读写速度已经足够快,通信技术有了长足的发展,相行之下如何有效的显示、分析利用好这些信息成为更迫切的问题。针对告警窗口大量密集告警信息的即时展示和故障信息的集中综合展示问题,通过动态加载和多级缓存方法,在雪崩测试下能快速正确响应变化信息;通过故障告警信息的多维展示方法,便于排除无关信息且集中综合展示故障信息。该优化方法,已经在多次检测中得到验证,并已应用于特高压变电站的监控系统。
A large number of sudden alarm information generated from power system faults has impact on the information system. Read and write speed of database is fast enough, and communication technology has made considerable progress. Therefore, how to effectively display, analyze and use the information becomes a more instant issue. Due to the alarm window of instant display of a large number of dense information and centralized comprehensive display of fault information, by dynamic loading and multi-level buffering method,the system can quickly and correctly responds to the change information in the avalanche test. The multi-dimensional display method is easy to exclude the irrelevant information and focus on comprehensively displaying the fault information. This optimization approach has been verified in a number of tests and has been used in monitoring system of the ultra-high voltage substation.
