钙基吸收剂脱除SO3的试验研究
Experimental Research on the Removal of SO3 by Calcium-based Absorbent

摘要(Abstract):

针对碱性吸收剂喷射法,选用CaCO_3、Ca(OH)2以及实验室制备的一种多孔CaCO_3作为吸收剂,使用控制冷凝法进行烟气SO_3捕集,研究吸收剂种类、温度和钙硫比对SO_3脱除效率的影响。研究发现:三种吸收剂脱除SO_3效果排序为多孔CaCO_3>Ca(OH)_2>CaCO_3,多孔CaCO_3对SO_3脱除效率最高可达80%左右;温度升高有利于提高SO_3脱除效率;增大钙硫比可以提高SO_3脱除效率,但是当钙硫比增加到15∶1以上时,SO_3脱除效率提高不明显,因此在实际应用中需根据现场工况选择合适的钙硫比。从实际应用来看,多孔CaCO_3因其经济性具有更好的实用价值。
CaCO_3,Ca(OH)_2, and a porous CaCO_3 prepared in the laboratory were selected as absorbents,and the controlled condensation method was used for SO_3 capture in flue gas to study the effect of absorbent type,temperature and calcium-sulfur ratio on SO_3 removal efficiency. The experiment shows that the effect of the three absorbents on SO_3 removal is sequenced as porous CaCO_3>Ca(OH)_2>CaCO_3,and the removal efficiency of SO_3 by porous CaCO_3 can reach up to 80%; the increase of temperature is conducive to improving the removal efficiency of SO_3.The increase of the ratio of calcium to sulfur can improve the removal efficiency of SO_3,but the improvement of the removal efficiency of SO_3 is not obvious when the ratio of calcium to sulfur increases to more than 15:1. Therefore,in practical applications,the appropriate calcium-sulfur ratio should be selected according to the field conditions.From a perspective of practical application,porous CaCO_3 has higher practical value because of its economy.
