远海风电两种送出方案的经济性评估
Economic evaluation of two transmission methods for long-distance offshore wind power

摘要(Abstract):

基于海上风电发展趋于深远海化的现状,针对海上风电送出方式选择问题,从经济性层面对柔性直流和低频交流两种海上风电送出方案做出评估。运用现金流折现的方法,结合装机容量1 000 MW、离岸距离100 km的典型远海风电场景,从工程投资和运维费用等方面开展了研究。结果表明,相较于柔性直流方案,低频交流输电在中远距离海上风电送出场景下具有一定的经济优势。同时,比较了风机采用35 kV和66 kV两种汇集电压的经济性,得出66 kV汇集方案更具经济性的结论。
Since offshore wind power tends towards deep sea,the paper evaluates two offshore wind power transmission schemes,namely flexible DC transmission and low-frequency alternating current(LFAC)from the economic perspective. Discounted cash flow(DCF)is used,and a typical scenario with an installed capacity of 1 000 MW and an offshore distance of 100 kilometers is combined to study engineering investment and operation and maintenance costs. The results show that LFAC power transmission owns economic superiority in the scenario of medium and long-distance offshore wind power transmission. The convergence voltage of 35 kV and 66 kV used for wind power generators are compared regarding economy. It is concluded that the latter is more economical.
