摘要(Abstract):

针对沿海地区台风、暴雨等极端天气给电力抢修带来的困难,分析了抢修应急决策辅助信息展示需求,研究了配电网电子沙盘系统的应用架构,构建的系统具有应急准备、应急指挥和日常模拟3大功能,阐述了实现该系统的关键技术。利用该系统,可提高可视化指挥决策辅助水平,满足各类人员对多领域、多层次和多维度展示的应用需求。
Aiming at maintenance difficulties from extreme weather events like typhoon and rainstorm in coastal areas, the paper analyzes the requirement of emergency decision-making support information display;furthermore, it investigates application architecture of the electronic sand table for distribution network. Three key functions of the system such as emergency preparedness, emergency command and daily simulation are summarized, and key technologies for system implementation are analyzed. With the help of the system, visualized commanding decision-making support level is upgraded to meet the application requirements of various personnel on multi-field, multi-level and multi-channel display.
