摘要(Abstract)：
从湖州供电公司年初时配电网物资库存量大、周转效率低的现状出发,经过研究、分析和测算,形成配电网物资的储备定额标准和长效管理机制,通过精简物资规格型号,统计物资历史需求及领用、耗用数据,应用科学的分析方法和定额测算手段,分析物资使用规律,在实施过程中摸索出了一套配电网物资储备定额管理的方法。为全面降低公司库存水平,提升库存周转率服务。
Earlier this year, Huzhou Power Supply Company had a large inventory of materials for distribution network and supplied in low turnover efficiency. By streamlining material specifications, material requirements and consumption statistics historical data and applying analytical methods and calculation methods, the paper analyzes the law of materials use. In the implementation process, the paper works out a set of distribution network materials reserve quota management approach. Results show these mechanisms can reduce overall inventory levels and improve turnover efficiency.
